Allergy notice
At Brother Bon, we are committed to accommodating guests with food allergies and dietary requirements wherever possible.
Please let our team know about any allergies or intolerances before ordering so we can advise you on suitable menu options.
While we take every reasonable precaution to minimise the risk of cross-contact, all food is prepared in a shared kitchen. As a result, we cannot guarantee that any dish is completely free from allergens.
Our kitchen regularly handles:
• Tree nuts (macadamia, pistachio, candlenut, hazelnut, walnut)
• Peanuts
• Sesame
• Wheat and gluten
• Soy
If you have a severe allergy or are at risk of anaphylaxis, please speak with a member of our team before ordering. As a condition of service, guests at risk of anaphylaxis must carry their prescribed emergency medication (e.g. an EpiPen® or equivalent adrenaline auto-injector) while dining with us.
